Our Speck has a bit more bite than prosciutto and is salty and subtly smoky, with a hint of juniper and white pepper. Its sublime, buttery texture melts in your mouth. Achieving that result is a long process using a time-honoured European recipe that’s dry cured, naturally wood smoked, and aged for over 80 days. Delicious on its own, or try it inside a grilled panini sandwich, with pesto and slices of mild Fontina.
