Prosciutto and Pear Flatbread

Holiday Favourite #8 is a mouthwatering flatbread they won't be able to resist!

Ingredients

Meat: Piller's Speck Prosciutto
Fruit: Pears, thinly sliced
Cheese: Blue Cheese
Sauce: Pesto

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Option to purchase pre-made flatbread from store or make your own!

Roll 15 oz. of pizza dough 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick on a lightly floured surface into an oval shape. Bake dough for about 3 minutes until grilled. Flip and grill the other side. Meanwhile, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl with garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Remove pizza from oven, brush with the olive oil mixture and top with pesto, blue cheese and sliced pears. Bake until the cheese is melted and the pears are heated through, 5 to 7 minutes. Once baked add Speck Prosciutto on top for an appetizer they won't be able to resist.
