Celebrate Spring with fresh and easy Jarcuterie!

Ingredients

8 sticks Piller's Pepperoni Sticks Cups
8 slices Piller's Charcuterie Speck Prosciutto
12 slices Piller's Charcuterie Red Wine Salami
12 slices Piller's Charcuterie Pepper Coated Salami
Cheese:
16 slices White Cheddar Cheese
8 pieces Mini Bocconcini
Accompaniments:
8 bites OH SNAP! Sassy Bites
4 Mini Cucumber, sliced in half lengthwise
8 slices Cantaloupe, sliced
8 handfuls Almonds or Mixed Nuts
8-16 sticks Breadsticks
8-16 sprigs Fresh Herbs
Supplies:
8 Mason or Jam Glass Jars (6 to 9 oz.)
8 Skewers or Toothpicks (4” to 6”)

Directions

Recipe makes 8 jars.

  1. Skewer 1 bocconcini, 3 slices of pepper coated or red wine salami folded, and 1 pickle bite
  2. Wrap 1 slice of speck prosciutto around the middle of a slice of cantaloupe
  3. Slice cheese into ½ inch slices
  4. Slice mini cucumbers in half lengthwise
  5. Line up 8 mason or jam jars
  6. Add 1 handful of almonds or mixed nuts to each jar, covering about half the jar.
  7. Add 1 slice of cucumber and cantaloupe, 2 slices of white cheddar cheese, 1 skewer, and 1 pepperoni stick and arrange artfully in the jar
  8. Fill remaining holes with breadsticks, other accompaniments, or garnish of your choosing.
