Pasta with Kolbassa and Broccolini



Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Piller's Kolbassa, Sliced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
3 Cups Pasta, cooked
1 bunch Broccolini
1/2 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
Freshly cracked pepper


Preheat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add in the olive oil, garlic & kolbassa. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the broccolini to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Toss in your cooked pasta. Add the grated cheese, lemon zest & juice. Divide evenly among plates, top with cracked black pepper and enjoy.
