St. Patrick's Charcuterie

1/2 Cucumber, sliced
1 cup Green grapes
2 Kiwis, cut into flower shapes or sliced
1/2 cup Green olives
3/4 cup Chocolate pretzels
1/3 cup White chocolate pretzels
Chocolate gold coins
1/3 cup Pistachios
Fresh dill or other green herbs

Directives

  1. Start by arranging Piller’s Charcuterie Collection on a large board. Fold the prosciutto into ribbons and layer the salami.
  2. Place the herb goat’s cheese on the board, either sliced or left whole with a small knife for serving.
  3. Add cucumber slices, green grapes, kiwi, and green olives around the meats and cheese to build out the green and white theme.
  4. Scatter chocolate pretzels and white chocolate pieces throughout the board for a sweet contrast.
  5. Tuck in chocolate gold coins for a festive “pot of gold” touch.
  6. Finish by sprinkling pistachios and adding small sprigs of fresh dill to fill in any empty spaces and make the board look full and effortless.
