Classic Pepperoni Pizza


Guaranteed to be a family favourite!


Quantity Ingredient
½ 250 g pkg. Piller's Toppings Pepperoni
30 ml (2 Tbs.) Extra virgin olive oil
5 ml (1 tsp.) Minced garlic
250 ml (1 cup) Mozarella cheese, grated
250 ml (1 cup) Green peppers, cut up
250 ml (1 cup) Mushrooms, cut up
Fresh Basil leaves, chopped



Preheat oven to 400 °F. Combine olive oil and minced garlic and brush on pizza dough. Top with pizza sauce, mozarella cheese, green peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni slices. Place pizza on non-stick pan or pizza stone and bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Top with fresh basil and serve.

Substitute any toppings with your favourites.

Pizza Dough (for 3 pizzas):

To make dough, stir together 425 ml (1¾ cups) all-purpose flour, 250 ml (1 cup) cake flour, yeast and salt in a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Make a well in the center; add water. Mix on medium speed until all flour is incorporated into dough; add remaining flour as needed for a soft, slightly sticky dough. Alternatively, mix by hand. Turn out on well-floured surface. Let rest, covered, for 10 minutes. Divide into thirds.
