Pizza Rolls


A family favourite in a bite-sized snack.


Quantity Ingredient
8 sticks Piller’s Original Pepperoni, cut in thirds
375 g (1 sheet) puff pastry
250 ml (1 cup) tomato sauce
125 ml (½ cup) shredded mozzarella cheese



Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll pastry onto lightly floured surface. Cut into 24 rectangles. Generously spread tomato sauce on each rectangle, place a pepperoni on the edge of the rectangle and sprinkle mozzarella evenly over top. Roll the pastry as tightly as possible around each pepperoni. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve warm.
