Mini Brie and Prosciutto Bites

Pre Cooked Mini Pastry Cups
Fig Jam
Brie Cheese

Directives

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lay 6-8 Piller’s prosciutto slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8–12 minutes, until crispy and golden. Let cool (it crisps more as it cools!), then chop.

Place pre cooked mini phyllo or pastry cups (24 mini) on a baking tray. Add ½ tsp fig jam and a small cube of brie to each.

Bake for 5–7 minutes, just until the brie is soft and melty.

Toss the chopped crispy prosciutto with fresh thyme and sprinkle generously over each cup.
