Directives

  1. Make the salami roses by overlapping salami slices around the rim of a small glass, overlapping until full and flipping the glass upside down. Make the cheese tulips by cutting a round, semi-soft cheese into a flower shape.
  2. Slide meat, cheese and fruit onto the skewers.
  3. Arrange skewers and bread sticks like a flower bouquet. Wrap in paper. Fill gaps with rosemary. Tie with a ribbon.

Tip: Keep chilled until gifting.
