Careers Join a team that treats everyone like familyShow TranscriptTranscript for: do you see on my face so I'm getting nervous okayyou guys all said that at the same time I think there's a line my favorite part of actually working here is going on lunch with the ladies because we're all Foodies we love um getting together on our lunch breaks and bringing our own little buffets in I've had a few jobs before and this one really balances my life perfectly because of the early hours that was very hard to start early but now that I'm used to it these hours it's so amazing that I'm home by three o'clock in the afternoon to deal with my family volunteer and do everything else at the house when I was in school I always felt like that student that didn't really know what I was doing and I got myself to a point where I said I need to figure out how I'm going to make myself better starting here I never really thought that the work that I was doing would be good enough for their standards when I got here and when I worked hard they appreciated it which is why I'm moving my way up in the company I feel like the work that I'm doing is important and I feel like for once I have a seat at the table foreigntwo months I understand the stay in this city not safety because Russian army when I sit in a plane I think about my family before I I live in a house I have a good good things in my life you know but when we start flying I understand I go to better place to better life and I can start my life again I find good people in the pillars it's a good crew yeah I'm start working at five o'clock but finish around 2 to 30. it's a good time because I have a lot of free time after my work I can learn English I can get my time with my wife of course because it's important for me it's my family [Music] ever since I dropped out of University I wanted to get my life together and I started to do courses and you know kind of look at options of what I've had you know Builders gave me this opportunity to start accumulating my operator B hours and you know they paid for my exam fee and textbooks for that for I am forever grateful also you know the support of my family that I got was amazing my father is the greatest example I have he's an operator B so he's teaching me a lot and I wish just to be half the man he is if someone want to make a move to pillars you cannot replace the people it is unbelievable the people here sorry the caring The Compassion The Innovation the passion they have for the business is truly remarkable something you don't find in every companyPrevious slideNext slide Careers Features$Competitive SalariesBenefitsStock OwnershipPiller’s is proud to have a culture that treats all employees like family.
