Poutine Dogs

These tasty appetizers are inspired by the flavours of traditional Canadian poutine.

140 g pkg. Piller’s Pepperoni cut in half
20 tortilla chip cups
250 ml (1 cup) beef gravy
250 ml (1 cup) cheese curds

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange tortilla cups on a baking sheet. Divide Pepperoni, gravy and cheese curds among the cups. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until hot and melted. Serve warm.
