Ham Roll-Ups With Asparagus

16 slices Piller’s Smoked Black Forest Ham
16 medium asparagus, grilled and trimmed*
170 ml (⅔ cup) smooth ricotta cheese
60 ml (¼ cup) light cream cheese, softened
30 ml (2 Tbs.) light, gluten-free mayonnaise
10 ml (2 tsp.) fresh lemon juice
2 ml (½ tsp.) garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper.
Lemon zest.

In small food processor combine cheeses, mayo, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Spread 30 ml (1 Tbs.) cheese mixture over each slice of ham. Lay one grilled asparagus at one end of ham slice. Roll up tightly. Place ham roll-ups on serving platter and garnish with lemon zest. *Spray asparagus with vegetable oil and either grill or roast in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes, turning once, just until fork tender.
