Loaded Grillwurst Nachos

Serves 4


2 Piller's Grillwurst sausages, sliced and sautéed
500 ml (4 cups) nacho chips
250 ml (1 cup) red, orange, green peppers, diced
30 ml (2 Tbs.) jalapeño peppers, sliced
250 ml (1 cup) cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 °F. Layer nacho chips, sausage, red, orange and green peppers, jalapeño peppers and cheese on an oven proof plate. Bake until chips are toasted and cheese is melted, approximately 8 minutes. Serve nachos with sides of guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and lime wedges.
