Spicy Southwest Nachos

The perfect game-day or Friday night snack.

Ingredients
½ bag (125 g) Piller’s Toppings Diced Chorizo
1 bag corn tortilla chips
250 ml (1 cup) cheddar cheese, grated
1 tomato, diced
2 jalapeño peppers, sliced (seeds removed)
60 ml (¼ cup) canned or fresh corn kernels
60 ml (¼ cup) canned black beans, drained and rinsed
Method

Preheat oven to 400 °F. Take an oven-safe skillet and spray with vegetable oil spray. Layer nacho chips, chorizo, tomato, jalapeño peppers, corn, black beans and cheese. Bake until chips are toasted and cheese is melted, approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. Optional: serve nachos with sides of guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
