Ham & Egg English Muffins

Ingredients
4 slices Piller’s Simply Free Maple Sugar Smoked Ham
4 whole wheat English muffins, toasted
4 eggs
4 slices natural cheddar cheese (not processed)
4 slices tomato
Method

Toast English muffins. Heat large skillet sprayed with vegetable oil. Add egg ring or empty tuna can to skillet and add one egg to ring. Poke a couple of holes through the egg with a fork. Cover and on a medium low heat cook egg for 5 minutes or just until set. Carefully remove from egg ring, place on one side of English muffin. Top with ham slice cheese, tomato slice and other English muffin half.
