Grilled Cheese, Turkey and Tomato Sandwiches

Ingredients
4 slices Piller’s Simply Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
4 slices whole wheat bread
4 slices plum tomato
30 ml (2 Tbs.) light mayonnaise
60 ml (¼ cup) aged cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
30 ml (⅛ cup) light mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Method

Spread mayo over 4 slices of bread. Divide the cheddar, mozzarella, turkey and tomato slices between 2 slices of bread. Top with the sliced tomatoes. Cover with the remaining 2 slices of bread. Lightly coat both sides of each sandwich with cooking spray. Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches for about 4 minutes per side, being careful not to burn them.
