|500 ml (4 cups)||nacho chips|
|250 ml (1 cup)||red, orange, green peppers, diced|
|30 ml (2 Tbs.)||jalapeño peppers, sliced|
|250 ml (1 cup)||cheddar cheese, grated|
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Layer nacho chips, sausage, red, orange and green peppers, jalapeño peppers and cheese on an oven proof plate. Bake until chips are toasted and cheese is melted, approximately 8 minutes. Serve nachos with sides of guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and lime wedges.
