|2 cups||nacho chips||500 ml|
|¼ cup||red pepper, diced||60 ml|
|¼ cup||green pepper, diced||60 ml|
|2 Tbsp.||jalapeno pepper, sliced||30 ml|
|1 cup||cheddar cheese, grated||250 ml|
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Layer nacho chips, sausage, red and green peppers, tomato, jalapeno peppers and cheese on an oven proof plate. Bake until chips are toasted and cheese is melted, approximately 8 minutes. Serve nachos with sides of guacamole, salsa and/or sour cream.
