Sausage Nachos

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | Fiesta Sausage (sliced) | 180g |
| 120g | Nacho chips | 4oz. |
| 1/4 cup | Diced red pepper | 60ml |
| 1/4 cup | Diced green pepper | 60ml |
| 1/8 cup | Slice Jalapeno | 30ml |
| 1 cup | Grated Cheddar and mozzarella mix | 250ml |
METHOD
- Layer nacho chips, sausage, peppers, tomato, jalapenos and cheese on an oven proof plate.
- Bake at 400ºF until chips are toasted and cheese is melted, (approximately 8
minutes). - Serve nachos with sides of guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
