Turkey and Provolone Sandwich with Lemon Garlic Mayo
INGREDIENTS
| Piller’s Turkey Slices | 50g approx. | |
| 2 slices | Provolone Cheese | |
| 2 slices | Bread of Your Choice | |
| 2 tbsp. | Lemon Garlic Mayo | 30ml |
| Garnishes of your choice |
METHOD
- Spread 1 tbsp. of mayo on each slice of bread.
- Arrange meat and cheese and garnishes of your choice on bottom slice and top with other slice of bread.
- Cut and serve!
Lemon Garlic Mayo
INGREDIENTS
| 1 cup | Olive Oil Mayonnaise | 250ml |
| 1 tsp. | (1 lemon) Finely Grated Lemon Rind | 5ml |
| 1 tbsp. | Lemon Juice | 15ml |
| 1 clove | Finely Chopped Garlic | |
| 1 tbsp. | Chopped Parsley | 15ml |
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and stir.
