Tandoori Grilled Cheese

Liverwurst Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS

3oz. Piller's Sliced Tandoori chicken 85g
2oz. Sliced old cheddar cheese 3 slices 60g
40g each Small Indian Naan bread 2 pieces 40g each
1/8 cup Jarred mango chutney 30ml

METHOD

  1. Spread chutney on 1 piece of the naan bread.
  2. Top with slices of Tandoori chicken and cheddar and cover with the other piece of naan bread.
  3. Grill in non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 2 minutes per side until cheddar melts.
  4. Serve immediately.

IF MANGO CHUTNEY IS NOT YOUR THING YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE MARMALADE OR APRICOT JAM INSTEAD
