Tandoori Grilled Cheese
INGREDIENTS
| 3oz. | Piller's Sliced Tandoori chicken | 85g |
| 2oz. | Sliced old cheddar cheese 3 slices | 60g |
| 40g each | Small Indian Naan bread 2 pieces | 40g each |
| 1/8 cup | Jarred mango chutney | 30ml |
METHOD
- Spread chutney on 1 piece of the naan bread.
- Top with slices of Tandoori chicken and cheddar and cover with
the other piece of naan bread. - Grill in non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 2 minutes per
side until cheddar melts. - Serve immediately.
IF MANGO CHUTNEY IS NOT YOUR THING YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE MARMALADE OR APRICOT JAM INSTEAD
