Simple Quiche
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | 10" pie plate lined with pastry crust | 1 |
| 3 oz. | goat cheese (crumbled) | 85g |
| 5 oz. | cheedar cheese (grated) | 142g |
| 1 oz. | julienned sundried tomatoes | 28g |
| 5 oz. | Piller's Black Forest Ham (chopped) | 142g |
| 5 | eggs | 5 |
| 2 cups | milk | 500ml |
| 1 TBSP. | chopped chives | 15ml |
| salt and pepper |
METHOD
In the bottom of the raw pastry shell layer the grated cheddar cheese, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and ham.In a seperate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk Add chives and season with salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over top other ingredients in pie hell and bake in preheated convection oven for 10 minutes at 425F.
Reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes.
