Sausage Nachos

INGREDIENTS

2 Grillwurst Black Bean and Salsa Sausage (sliced) 180g
120g Nacho chips 4oz.
1/4 cup Diced red pepper 60ml
1/4 cup Diced green pepper 60ml
1/8 cup Slice Jalapeno 30ml
1 cup Grated Cheddar and mozzarella mix 250ml

METHOD

  1. Layer nacho chips, sausage, peppers, tomato, jalapenos and cheese on an oven proof plate.
  2. Bake at 400ºF until chips are toasted and cheese is melted, (approximately 8
    minutes).
  3. Serve nachos with sides of guacamole, salsa and sour cream.

YOU CAN VIRTUALLY SUBSTITUTE ANY OF PILLER'S SAUSAGES FOR A VARIETY OF TASTES.
