package Piller's liverwurst

METHOD
Place apricots and brandy in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and combine with liverwurst, hot peppers, parsley, mayo and mustard. Season with fresh ground pepper. Divide mixture into 4. Spread each tortilla ith 1/4 of the mixture then roll inti tight cylinders. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to allow to firm up. Slice each cylinder on 1/4 inch diagonals (about 8 slices per cylinder). Arrange on platter and serve. Makes a great party snack.
