Black Forest Crêpes

Piller's Chef's Hearth Chocolate Crêpes | 1 pkg |
| 1 can (19 oz) |
cherry pie filling | 1 can (540 mL) |
| 1/4 cup | chocolate sauce Vanilla ice cream |
50 mL |
| optional | Toasted sliced almonds |
Set crêpes aside so they are at room temperature
prior to filling. Heat pie filling if desired in a sauce
pan on medium heat until warm. Spoon about 1/3
cup (75 mL) pie filling into 1/4 of smooth side of
each crêpe. Fold crêpe in half then in half again to
form a quarter circle. To serve crêpes, drizzle
chocolate sauce on top and finish with a scoop
of ice cream. Sprinkle almonds on top if desired.
