Apple Cranberry Crêpes
INGREDIENTS
| 5 | large apples | 5 |
| 1/4 cup | butter, divided | 50 mL |
| 1/3 cup | dried cranberries | 75 mL |
| 1/3 cup | granulated sugar | 75 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | ground cinnamon | 2 mL |

Piller's Chef's Hearth Apple Cinnamon Crêpes | 1 pkg |
| 1/4 cup | corn syrup | 50 mL |
Set crêpes aside so they are at room temperature
prior to filling. Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
Melt half of butter in large frying pan. Add apples,
cranberries, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Cover
pan; cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally
until tender, about 10 minutes. Spoon about
1/3 cup (75 mL) down centre of smooth side of each crêpe. Roll up. Melt remaining butter in small saucepan. Add corn syrup. Heat through, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over crêpes. Serve warm, plain or with whipped cream.
