The craftsmen who lived in these regions used recipes handed down through generations, producing Central Europe’s finest salamis and meats. Our meats uphold these traditions, using carefully blended spices, naturally smoked over select hardwoods, and dry aged with a legacy of practiced patience, resulting in the legendary, distinctive taste of Black Kassel.
